On
Tuesday the 15
th, Oxford MAP students gathered together
accompanied with fabulous staff
members, to an
outing at the
MOMA Open Exhibition in the Oxford city centre.
We all traveled as one group to the exhibition via the number 1 bus.

On
arrival we took a group photo outside of the building (much to the annoyance of some of the students! I must admit that i was reluctant myself, however a good percentage of our group were happy to pose. :)
As i am but one member of the group, my
views may be dismissed by my fellow students, however i have spoken to a couple of my
peers and i feel fairly confident to
include them safely in my thoughts, without being incorrect.
My teacher asked me what I, and indeed the whole class liked most, i think that i can speak on behalf of all the
members in my class when i say that the most enjoyable experience that we shared together at the
museum, was being able to draw
inspiration from all of the wonderful
pieces of artwork on
display. I think that each and every one of us came away today, with some
interesting new ideas for projects of our own. My favourite piece of work was called 'Open up your candy world' by Alan Cooke. It looked like the world in fragments. It was very interesting and beautiful. It made me think of us. People using up the resources and the world giving in and breaking up.

To sum this account up,
I'd say that the mutual feeling between my
peers and i, is that we had a lovely day out.
